Our claims consultancy practice is guided by the philosophy that the client must get the appropriate reimbursement, in the fastest possible time and without any hassle. Right from the beginning of our relationship we ensure that timely steps are taken to safeguard the client's interest, should a claim occur. This includes preparing widest RFQs, ensuring proper policy documents with right terms and conditions, provision for benefit in premium for lower claim ratio, agreed panel of surveyors, provision for adhoc payment etc.
Our decades old relationships, knowledge and regular follow up/coordination help us in our performance on the claim settlement. We measure our success on the level of satisfaction a client has on its experience of claim handling by SPA.
