Claim Consultancy

Besides providing a complete handholding to its clients in case of a loss, SPA also undertakes Claim Consultancy assignments on standalone basis as permitted by IRDA on mutually agreed fees.

In all its claim handling, we get guided by the philosophy that the Client must get the maximum permissible reimbursement, in the fastest possible time and without hassle. Right from the beginning of our relationship, we ensure that every possible step, to safeguard the client's interest is taken well in time, should a claim occur.

This includes widest RFQ, ensuring proper Policy with right terms and conditions, provision for benefit in premium for lower claim ratio, agreed panel of surveyors, provision for adhoc payment etc.

Our decades old relationships, knowledge and regular follow up/coordination help us in our performance on the claim settlement. We measure our success on the level of satisfaction a client has on its experience of claim handling by SPA.
